
The first step is to contact the client to find out what the client is looking to do.
The next step is for us to research the property or the construction and sometimes even take a site visit to gather as much information as we can.
Once this preliminary step is completed we can then propose a cost to do the survey or the consulting. There is not a set rate as every project is different and each client is unique. We want to know as much as we can to price accordingly and our main concern is to not overcharge for any work.
We want to keep the lines of communication open at all times and we welcome questions so that when the job is complete everyone is happy and fully understands every aspect of it.
